Description
Gulab Jamun is a divine, melt-in-your-mouth delicacy and the undisputed champion of Indian
desserts. These deep-fried, sphere-shaped dumplings are crafted from khoya (reduced milk
solids) or milk powder and a touch of flour.
They are gently fried IN PURE DESI GHEE to a deep, golden-brown hue until they achieve a
soft, spongy center and a slightly crisp exterior. Immediately after frying, they are submerged in
a warm, aromatic sugar syrup infused with the delicate essence of rosewater, cardamom,
and sometimes threads of vibrant saffron ($kesar$).
